III.Generic Description

Split frame carriage with symmetrical sides. The front of the carriage and the two sides of the lower skirt in the middle are the equipment boxes, the middle position of the middle of the carriage is exposed independent liquid irrigation, and the rear part of the carriage is the pump room.

Aluminum alloy roller shutter doors are provided on both sides of the carriage and the rear of the pump room, and flip pedals are provided on the lower part of the rolling shutter doors on both sides except for the small equipment box; There is a ladder on the right rear side of the body.

The welded plates and skeleton steel used have undergone strict anti-rust, anti-corrosion, phosphating pickling treatment. The standard parts used are all surface treatment processes such as galvanizing, electroplating or dacromet. After the completion of the tank welding, remove the defects such as slag cleaning and virtual welding, and do a 24-hour hydrostatic pressure test on the tank to ensure that there is no leakage.
